The CCMC is looking for member sof the SBOA , as stakeholders in the development of the National Model Construction Codes, to take part in the last of the public reviews of the proposed changes to the 2005 Codes:

Saskatchewan formally adopts the National Building Code of Canada 2005 effective October 1, 2009. Also, effective Otober 1, 2009, the National fire code of Canada 2005 is adopted by regulation under The Fire Prevention Act, 1992.
